Tired of your old kitchen? If it is outdated, dull and boring Mastroianni Contracting, Inc. can help you turn it fresh. This Bayside, semi-detached colonial home had the same problem and look at the brand new design we helped this home owner create!
We knocked down the dividing wall and opened up the floor plan so it flowed more easily into the living and dining room areas. Complete remodel of the kitchen, down to the studs. Brand new floor tiles, new light fixtures, hardware, stainless steel appliances, electrical upgrade, new paint and new crown molding. The homeowner picked everything out herself, she knew the vision in mind and we helped her execute it. Our contracting team created a 3D schematic to help her envision her new kitchen. We also extended the new ceiling and flooring into the living areas so that everything would look more cohesive.
As you can see in these before and after pictures. Our contractors had to move the door completely over to make room for the new countertop. In the new kitchen, we didn't want to have to cut away at the countertop; so instead we just moved the door!

Mastroianni Contracting, Inc. helped this homeowners dreams come true. We listened to her ideas and took meticulous extensive notes at our first initial consultation. We were then able to work on a extensive plan to execute her unique project. We helped guide her throughout every decision and were there to answer all her questions. We never wanted her to feel as if she was doing this alone. We helped her all the way down to color scheme to knob finishes. We came up with an execution plan that was cost efficient for her budget, time managed and safe for her families environment. We took into consideration her families school and work schedule to not disrupt them during the process. They never knew we were ever there! We worked around their life and cleaned up after ourselves after every day. If the homeowner needed to change her schedule at anytime we were able to accommodate her and her family. We finished the remodel on time and right under budget! We couldn't be happier with the way the remodel turned out and it was one of our favorite projects we ever worked on. Getting to know our clients and collaborate on a project is something we thrive on. We updated the appliances to name brand stainless steel, painted, installed custom made cabinetry, hand cut granite countertops, ceramic tile flooring, new updated lighting and polished stainless steel hardware.
